Grape pomace acquavite, better known as Grappa, has been produced in Bassano del Grappa for centuries. Today, visitors to the town’s Nardini distillery discover the secrets of this age old drink within the glass walls of architect Massimiliano Fuksas’ futuristic ‘bubbles’.
