It was Ravello’s Mamma Agata who first introduced Fred Astaire, Humphrey Bogart, Jacqueline Kennedy and Elisabeth Taylor to the delights of traditional Amalfi Coast cuisine. Today, from her kitchen in Ravello, small cliff edge town towering above Minori and Maiori, Agata continues to exercise her culinary talent, hosting a series of entertaining Mediterranean cooking lessons.
