For over 20 years , pupils attending the cooking school at Badia a Coltibuono , an old farm nestled between the hills of Chianti, have been taught the secrets of Tuscan cooking and how to prepare dishes with the region’s delicious organic vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, locally-reared meat, and Chianti Classico wine.
